I love when I’m able to find unique and vintage pieces. I love even more when I’m able to convince my family members to let me have the old things that they may have forgotten about. They’re really all just little hidden jewels waiting to shine in the right outfit.
My two favorite parts of this outfit are courtesy of these amazing family members. I got this cropped faux leather jacker from my sister and this black and brown cow hide purse from my mom. The jacket is a little tattered and the purse is, at the very least, 24 years old, but when paired with this plain black peek-a-boo dress and my tried and true brown boots, both pieces really shine.
Speaking of hidden jewels, my friend turned me on to this cute vintage coffee shop tucked away in Savannah on Habersham. If you’re ever in the area, you must check out The Foundry Coffee Pub. Not only do they have amazing decor and drinks (try the blood orange iced tea if it’s available and thank me later), but they are also a church which provides outreach for local artists and the community.
Don’t forget to connect with me! I’d love to hear from you!
